Women and our body

1. Vaginal discharge is normal.

2. Wearing panty liners 24/7 is not necessary. It is also unnatural and serves no real purpose….. What do panties do? really?

3. Vaginas are acidic enough to BLEACH fabric, hence the discoloration of underwear. Your vaginal discharge can have a pH level of anywhere between 3.5 and 4.5. This is needed to protect it. The discharge is normal. Wearing panties is not.

4. Longer labias are more normal than smaller ones (but both are fine).

5. A mans sperm CAN throw off your pH balance and also change the smell of your vagina. If you ejaculate inside of your partner and her vagina smells fishy for a few days as she purges the residual sperm is normal. Sperm has a pH range of 7.1-8.0. Slight alkaline. This disrupts the acidic nature of her vagina which is needed to kill any foreign invaders.

6. It is not safe for vaginas to smell like sunshine and flowers so quit expecting it to. Usually a neutral smell is unique to each female. vagina has a natural smell.

7. STOP douching and washing your vagina with Bath and Body Works, unnatural soaps, and Victoria Secret. Shits not healthy for the vagina. There are better natural alternatives. Target has a brand named The honey pot company ?

8. The vagina cleans itself

9. Having sex has no correlation of how “tight” your vagina is.

10. Yeast infections are COMMON. A lot less common if you don’t put things down there that throw the ph off. A yeast infection that froths up could be the result of mixing sperm and vaginal juices. Sperm is alkaline and vagina is acidic. I guess that works like the baking soda vinegar experiment. Maybe….just my assumption.

11. The best thing you can do for your vagina is to leave it alone.?

12. If your vagina or discharge has a foul odor and has a color than go see a gynecologist or just naturally restore your Ph.
